Premiums for Neighborhood Health Plan approved and increasing retroactively to June 1st! After logging in navigate to the Neighborhood Health Plan products page for details.
Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Tufts Health Plan now require all enrollment materials including premium checks to be received at SBSB 30 days prior to the requested coverage effective date. all case submissions must be complete and in good order.
