Worcester, Mass., March 16, 2007 -
Small Business Service Bureau, Inc. (SBSB), an affiliate of Small Business
TeleBrokerage, announced its marketing alliance with Northeast Business Trust
(NBT) to extend its reach to insurance brokers across the Commonwealth to
facilitate the distribution and sale of newly developed Commonwealth Choice
"Seal of Approval" products to eligible employers. In February, SBSB was chosen
by the Massachusetts Health Insurance Connector Authority as the Sub-Connector
(administrator) for its Commonwealth Choice Program.

With 39 years of health insurance administration experience, SBSB,
headquartered in Worcester, will provide broker outreach, education and
training, and will conduct enrollment and billing for the Connector's
Commonwealth Choice program for those uninsured in the Commonwealth earning
more than 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. As part of the alliance,
NBT, based in Billerica, also will conduct broker training and assist in
Commonwealth Choice application enrollment.

the brokerage community and their clients. This alliance provides employers
across the Commonwealth with solid service options from two trusted firms,"
said Jay Egan, SBSB Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Brokerage. "With our
combined resources, SBSB and NBT bring a broad depth of experience to
